Are you kidding me? There is at least 1 member of the board who considers the JROTC Joint Ball a school system priority. This is beyond lunacy! At least getting community input was a priority. Acting on good input is the true test. Jennifer, is there thoughtful, reflective discussion on ACTIONABLE items that will move this system forward? Is there any discussion about getting a new Superintendent? How do we as stake holders in this system know that this superintendent is doing the job for which he is so handsomely compensated?
A JROTC Ball as a Board priority????? Surely you kidding. Was this part of his/her campaign platform? How in the world did I miss that? Please disclose the name of that board member so I can be sure I don't waste my vote the next time around. Talk about personal agendas! Shameful.
Answers to questions posed above...
"Jennifer, is there thoughtful, reflective discussion on ACTIONABLE items that will move this system forward?"
YES, BUT BASICALLY WHAT YOU SEE ON THE TELEVISED MEETINGS IS WHAT YOU GET
"Is there any discussion about getting a new Superintendent?"
NO
"How do we as stake holders in this system know that this superintendent is doing the job for which he is so handsomely compensated?"
REVIEW THE STATISTICS, AND TALKT TO YOUR BOARD MEMBERS
