• Hill - not against charter school or school choice but recommendation to deny.

Motion to uphold the Superintendent's recommendation by Abell; Second by Brown

Yes = Abell, Brown, Hancock, Lukas, McGraw, Wilson

Recuse = Battle-Lockhart

Abstain = Student Herd

Superintendent’s proposed FY2022 operating budget - Report

• Wilson - request for mental health support; supported by all board members

Reopening of schools

• Hancock - Governor's announcement, totally disagree; supported by board members
