The below notes are my personal notes and are not intended to be all-inclusive or official minutes for the Board of Education meetings and are provided as a request from my supporters and the general public in a personal effort to be more transparent. Although I have diligently tried to make these notes as unbiased and accurate as possible, I am only human and do make mistakes.

- Palko - Transportation..contract out for snow removal at schools, flat amount of $200k average.
- Kelly - migrating to a different student reistration system; we also have a visitor registration system
- Crawford - why does our enrollment look so good
- Sotomeyer - Baltimore lost a lot of funding and it was divided amongst counties
- Lukas - funding for mentors; 20 mentors and staff development; how much would the mentor be compensated
- Lukas - Health care cost;
- Balides - more people to insure (new hires) plus increased cost
- Lukas - breakdown on the categories; what's under all of them
- Palko - Mentors; how many now
- Hollstein - we have 18 now and want to recruit to 20
- McGraw - mentors are valuable
- Kelly - how many hours a week do mentors work ; 20 is an average
