Student participation is also encouraged and therefore the use of proper language and decorum is requested at all times.
Why do we have to pay these new teachers to roam around and not teach a full classroom.
None of these teachers have any type of level of decent experience, and are not experts in their field.
These instructional assistant slots should only be available to teachers that have paid their dues, spent 15 years teaching a class, and still show that they care about the classroom more than frittering around.
We don't need "TEACHERS TEACHING TEACHERS". As weak as the math and science programs are, it's obvious that either someone doesn't know how to write the curriculum, or just possibly we are hiring people with "educational" degrees but have no real working knowledge or deep understanding of the subject at hand.
I say turn these people back into the classroom. Let them pay their dues for another 10 years.
